Wilson Manifolds tapered carburetor spacers feature a computer-generated, variable-radius taper design that maximizes airflow through the carburetor and enhances air/fuel distribution for more horsepower. Part throttle performance and distribution are improved by redirecting the flow pattern created by the partially open throttle blades and gradually reducing the velocity of the air/fuel mixture entering the plenum. This allows for a smoother transition into each runner, as full throttle performance is improved by increased flow. These tapered spacers can increase flow through the carburetor or throttle body by as much as 110 cfm. Wilson Manifolds tapered carburetor spacers will increase torque, horsepower, and acceleration throughout the entire rpm range. Wilson Manifolds offers the most complete line of 4-hole tapered spacers in 390, 4150, 4500, Q-Jet, and 2-barrel adapters. This provides high performance consumers with the ability to tune their engines for the maximum performance on any application. Wilson Manifolds is the only manufacturer to offer a choice of tapered spacer heights, and produces the only fully CNC-machined billet tapered spacers on the market. Wilson Manifolds V-band base throttle bodies are machined from billet 6061-T6 aluminum on precision CNC machining centers for consistent quality and lighter weight. They're developed using the latest computer modeling software and test equipment to create a design that yields maximum flow for maximum power. Wilson V-band throttle bodies feature brass throttle blades to control vibration and reduce thermal expansion. They are fastened to the throttle shaft using aircraft-quality hardware that has had Loctite applied and has been peened to ensure a positive retention of the blades. Wilson Manifolds V-band base throttle bodies offer more air with better flow and a secure fit.

Wilson Manifolds high-flow throttle bodies were developed using the latest computer modeling software and test equipment available to produce designs that yield the maximum flow per square inch of cross-sectional area. These 4-barrel style throttle bodies are designed to work with Wilson Manifolds' line of billet spacers and incorporate a tapered and radiused throttle bore and precisely machined progressive linkage for smooth throttle operation. They also feature inward-opening throttle blades to eliminate directional influence caused by the blades. Wilson Manifolds' 4-barrel throttle bodies are shorter in height than other brands by up to 1.25 in. for easy packaging and reduced weight. All throttle bodies feature brass throttle blades to control vibration and reduce thermal expansion. The throttle blades are fastened to the throttle shaft using aircraft-quality hardware that is both Loctited and peened to ensure positive retention of the blades. The throttle shafts are machined to decrease their cross-sectional area, which increases the actual cross-section available for airflow. All throttle bodies are machined from billet 6061-T6 aluminum on precision CNC machining centers for consistent quality and light weight. High-flow throttle bodies are available in 4500 and 4150 four-barrel styles.

The Holley LS1/2/6 Lo-Ram intake manifold kits are designed for GM LS Gen III and IV engines equipped with GM LS1/2/6 (cathedral port) cylinder heads. These intake manifolds will work with OE or aftermarket cylinder heads. The Lo-Ram intake manifolds are designed for forced induction (supercharged or turbocharged) engine applications and the 105 mm throttle body part number 112-581 or similar models. The base intake manifold is designed with a low height to aid the packaging of a plenum mounted air-to-water intercooler in a top-feed configuration. The 300-620 top-feed plenum entry configuration is designed to allow the included Hi-Ram 105 mm plenum top to be fitted to a low-profile base intake manifold. The short runner, low-profile base intake manifold intended for forced induction applications was conceived to package with an air to water plenum mounted intercooler with a shorter overall height than possible with other existing intake manifolds. The fuel rail kits come with two sets of brackets. A set for long (usually standard length) fuel injectors and a set for short (such as Pico, or LS7) fuel injectors.

The base intake manifold is designed with a lower overall height to fit under a stock or mildly modified hood in the front-feed configuration. The 300-621 Lo-Ram front-feed plenum entry was configured to provide a very low profile modular intake manifold suitable for turbocharged or centrifugally supercharged engines. The fuel rail kits come with two sets of brackets. A set for long (usually standard length) fuel injectors and a set for short (such as Pico, or LS7) fuel injectors.
