The ACCEL 8140 super stock ignition coil is a canister style coil that works with OE ignitions and computers. An excellent high-performance replacement for import and domestic vehicles with a canister type oil filled coil. Re-engineered windings for even higher energy output resulting in quicker throttle response and more high RPM power. It works with Points style and Breakerless electronic ignition systems. A heavy-duty black Alkyd tower provides a flashover of protection to primary terminals.

Special 100:1 windings provide maximum build-up of voltage. These windings are held secure and kept cool in an oil-filled metal canister.
